Miguel was the person whom I met dealt with in order to have my reroof done by this company. Contract initiated it February 11 2021 just received my final inspection june 3 2021. Only nearly 4 months. (First delay) engineering issues For the products used on the flat roof (second delay)then wrong drip edge delivered, (third delay)then wrong vent for the gas water heater installed and was not put on the permit amend the permit install the correct vent lost 3 days of work waiting for the plumber it was discussed prior to commencement. (Fourth delay) asked to have a ridgevent installed not put on the permit amend permit, first product submitted rejected finaly approved and final on june 3 2021. I tried many times to contact them. Left messages my mom called they would not pick up. The leak was around a sky light. Shameful they took advantage of an old widow.
